I take on legal mandates with the aim of bringing to bear my expertise and experience of more than 35 years in legal advice and litigation in employment law, succession law and inheritance/gift tax, insolvency law, and criminal defence.

Advise. Draft. Notarise. Resolve disputes.

As a notary, I am the holder of a public office, which I exercise in the provision of legal advice, the drafting of unilateral declarations and their notarisation, the preparation of contracts, mediation and dispute resolution. 

My staff and I prepare individually tailored draft texts before I discuss and notarise them with the parties involved. The interests of the parties determine the content of the declarations, which are formulated with legal certainty — following notarisation and the processing of the deed, the entry in the advance care or wills register and transfer into official custody are carried out in cases provided for by law. 

Notarisations take place at the official place of business in the physical presence of the parties; since 1 August 2022, they may also be conducted online via the portal of the Federal Chamber of Notaries (BNotK) in exceptional cases regulated by statute.
